Products and Solutions
EVV Plus : This product is developed for Home Health Agencies to meet and exceed the Federal (CMS) and State requirement for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for community based services under state Medicaid waivers.
One of the factors led to the development of EVV Plus was our dissatisfaction with many of the competitive products we reviewed when our founders were looking for a product to buy from existing vendors. At the end, we decided to build our own and bring it to the marketplace so provides don’t have to settle for subpar products.
EVV Plus provides an easy-to-use, innovative solution that consists of a point of care mobile app designed for caregiver staff and an enterprise web portal for office staff to manage multiple tasks including:
1. Patient and Employees information
2. Plan of care and work schedule.
3. Real-time management of services provided to customers and take corrective actions as necessary.
EVV Plus has a intuitive dashboard alerts on visits, claims, plan of care, authorization and payroll. Agency office staff can click on the dashboard item to go to the area where corrective action is needed. For example, visits which exceed plan of care are easily corrected with one click from the dashboard to view and fix them.
4. Interactive Customizable Reports:
• Report on plan of care and service authorization with alerts of 30 days before expiration dates. • Report on payroll report showing summary total weekly hours of each employee with capability to expand report to view details of daily hours if needed. • Claim Statistics: report shows status of the agency claim management. The report breaks it down to categories such as ready, billed, paid, and denied. It includes alert for billable visits older than 45 days. • Keep track of respite care usage including alerts when remaining balance falls below 50 hours.
